Mike Conner
President — Operations / Maintenance
Mike Conner, an airport support services leader, excels in Baggage Handling Systems (BHS), Passenger Boarding Bridges (PBB), and Ground Support Equipment (GSE). At Elite Line Services (ELS), he led a decade of growth, increasing revenues from $7 to $70 million, and spearheaded groundbreaking initiatives, including the complete outsourcing of an airline’s GSE maintenance.
Russ Niday
Vice President — Operations Maintenance
With 35+ years in maintenance management and airport services. Mr. Niday excels in airport maintenance, staff development and quality control for GSE and BHS. He has managed contracts at Dallas-Fort Worth and Orlando airports and oversaw Sortation System Contracts at numerous airports, to include Miami, Nashville, Raleigh-Durham and the FedEx Facility at Greensboro, N.C. Adept at executing airport service contracts, he ensures operational readiness in start-up situations.

Marc is a focused and diligent professional offering strong qualifications developed with extensive years of continuous service in the management and technical arena of airline and airport maintenance.
